Holly and Denny are Married
Jamie started off the day with Holly at Salon Sage in Highland and the owner/stylist had this adorable little kitten with a dislocated leg.
He was such a sweetie pie!
I joined her in time to see the reveal of Holly’s hair and make up! Â Misty, the stylist, doesn’t let her brides look in the mirror until everything is finished. Â That’s Holly’s maid of honor in the background and best friend since kindergarten!
Then I headed over to meet the boys at White Hawk to capture them getting ready. Â I had fun hanging out in the guys’ locker room there.
I wasn’t the only girl that was in there, though. Â Denny’s mom came in and pinned all the flowers on the guys.
These guys were such a bunch of goofs – I had a lot of fun and was pretty much laughing the whole time!
Hellooooo Ladies! : )
Holly’s Grandma gave her this handkerchief for her First Communion and told her to save it for her wedding day.
She was showing Grandma she kept it all these years. Â : )
Holly’s brother walked her down the aisle. Â So sweet!
We always love their first moments as husband and wife right after the ceremony.
Holly requested we do a photo similar to one her parents did on their wedding day. Â Without seeing the photo and going by her description, I think we came pretty close. Â : ) Â Holly’s parents’ photo was at the reception, and those are Holly and Denny’s rings.
Then off to the Square in Crown Point, which is always so awesome for photos! Â I could have photographed these two there all day long!
Jamie’s view..
Then my view of Holly.
HA – since Holly was posing on a street corner, her husband decided to do this: Â Â Â ( I love how Holly is just looking like ” What are you doing?”)
They were so funny – we kept making them smooch for pictures and they kept joking how it’s the most they have smooched in a long time!
This is for sure one of my favorites of the day! Â So beautiful! Â And by the way, Holly is wearing her late Mother’s veil. Â It was a very emotional moment as the stylist put in her veil and “One Sweet Day” came on over the speakers. Â I was definitely tearing up right along with Holly. Â
One of Jamie’s Favorites : )
I hope Holly had fun jumping around to get a good imprint of the bottom of her flip flops in the sand trap. Â We had fun watching!
Denny’s favorite candy – flying saucers! Â I can honestly say I’ve never tried them before their wedding – very interesting. Â But good!
During Denny’s dance with his mom, his sister sang a Lady Antebellum song.
Yes – this is the DJ! Â Doing a cartwheel!! Â A GREAT way to get everyone pumped up to get on the dance floor!
Then Denny went out for a cigar……
……. and so did Holly : ) Â Â (another one of my favorites)
Ok – for the garter toss – Denny put on a head lamp!! Â Hilarious and clever! Â It was so funny because you could see the light through her skirt. Â (also Hi, Jamie on the left!)
